Dua After Eating – Khana Khane Ke Baad Ki Dua:

الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَطْعَمَنِي هَذَا وَرَزَقَنِيهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَوْلٍ مِنِّي وَلاَ قُوَّةٍ

Alhamdulillahillazi Atamni haza wa razaqnihi min gairi haulin minni wa la Quwwah.

  11. When eating in a group, eat from the side in front of you, not the middle, to maintain blessings.
  12. Don’t speak during your meal, and focus on the remembrance of Allah.
  13. Chew your food thoroughly for better digestion and health.
  14. Avoid worldly conversations during meals and engage in the remembrance of Allah.
  15. Only eat when you are hungry, and do not overeat.
  16. If food falls, pick it up and eat it (unless it’s in a place where cleanliness is compromised).
