Hands: Wash the hands up to the wrist for three times.

Fazilat – Virtue – And Benefits Of Dua After Wudu
Umar Ibn ul Khattab رضي الله عنه narrates that Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said:
This hadith brings out the value of sincerity and repentance right after performing Wudu (ablution). A person who sincerely testifies to the oneness of Allah and to the prophethood of Muhammad, asking for forgiveness and seeking purification, is given a tremendous reward. The opening of all eight gates of Paradise for such a person is an invitation to enter Paradise from whatever gate he desires.
This narration brings believers not only to perform the mere physical act of Wudu but also to incorporate into it depth in faith, repentance, and urge for purification. It depicts the spiritual and transforming element of Wudu besides its ritual form. The opening of Paradise’s gates means Allah’s mercy and acceptance of the person’s repentance and effort put forward for purification.
In this hadith, he means that acts of worship are not simply rituals; instead, they are opportunities to grow spiritually, to repent from within, and to become closer to Allah. Indeed, it encourages Muslims to come up with an open heart and mind with the belief in the oneness of Allah, acknowledging one’s deficiencies and failure in keeping pace with this conduct, by begging for forgiveness.
This means that whoever recites this dua after Wudu will have the eight gates of Paradise opened for them, and they can enter through any of these gates as they wish.
